Return Policy
ARFMANI Return Policy
At ARFMANI, we strive to ensure that you and your pet are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
- Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please contact our customer service team through the HELP button on the page or at arfmaniexchange@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Shipping Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary return address and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.
- Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at arfmaniexchange@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, and gift cards.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact Your Bank: Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Bank Processing Time: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
